For products returned within 14 days but outside the initial 7-day period, and found non-defective upon inspection, a 30% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
All 3DeVok products returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
In the case of obvious shipping damage upon delivery, contact us immediately at returns@paradigm3dprinters.com, including photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
Return policy for manufacturer defects:To return a product, email us returns@paradigm3dprinters.com. Manufacturer must review and approve return. Unapproved returns will not be refunded due to freight costs. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Paradigm3D and 3DeVOK is not liable for additional expenses, such as moving costs, associated with product shipment or return.
Return steps that need to be followed in this order:
1. Send an email to returns@paradigm3dprinters.com, this email should include:
- Order number
- Specify the items that you want to return by name.
- Mention if the original packaging and accessories are available.
- To improve our products, please include the reason for the return (optional).
2. Our support will provide the following steps that are needed to complete the return.
3. Once received the items, these will be checked by our support to see if this includes all the original packaging, accessories and the machine is unused.
4. Our support will update you regarding your refund through email.
5. Your refund will back into your account within the maximum of 14 days.
PARADIGM 3D PRINTERS reserves the right to modify or update our return policy without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for changes and updates.
