Returns:
FlashForge Return Policy (applicable to flashforge products only)
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in brand new condition. For 3D printers, it must not have been operated, have marks or show signs of use. FlashForge does not cover ordinary damages caused by improper use or accidents. If an item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact us at returns@paradigm3dprinters.com.
If the return is caused by logistics damage, low product quality or Flashforge sent wrong goods, Flashforge bears the freight cost, otherwise Buyer bears the freight cost.
Return Buyers based in United States, Australia, Canada, EU countries and United Kingdom can directly return items to local warehouse.
If items are returned due to damaged logistics, wrong items or low product quality, please pay the freight cost in advance. Flashforge will refund the prepaid freight cost to Buyer's account within 7 working days after receiving the returned item. Once Flashforge receives the goods, refund will be processed within 2 working days. Refund amount will be deposited to Buyer's account within 1-2 working days.
All no-reason returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping must be pre-paid.

Receipt of Wrong or Missing Items or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Units
Please report receive of wrong or missing items or dead on arrival (DOA) unit to us within 5 days of receiving date shown on tracking information for the order. Reporting must be in written format. Please send us an email at returns@paradigm3dprinters.com for reporting.
We will respond and make necessary arrangement to dispatch a replacement product. Failure to report within 5 days, the order or product does not consider to be a DOA item and normal protocols will be followed.
