As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 2-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
In the continental United States we offer Free Shipping on all orders with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free Shipping transit times are between 3-7 business days.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy allows for returns within 30 days after the date of delivery. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For "No-Reason" returns the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
For Returns due to defect, incorrect items or damage on arrival, the customer is not required to bear the shipping cost. The Manufacturer bears the shipping cost
Note: Regarding the returned printer, we do not undertake the shipping costs if it's not the printer itself problem, and if the return to China is required, we also do not undertake the tax that may occur.

3-year warranty from the date of your purchase.
If Artist D or Artist D Pro has quality problems within 3 years, for the first year, parts replacement and shipping costs are free. After the first year, the parts are free, however customer would need to pay the shipping costs.
For A5S, & Magic
1-year warranty begins from the date of your purchase.
If our 3D printers has a quality problems within the first year, for the first 3 months, parts replacement and shipping costs are free. After 3 months, the parts replacement are free, however you would need to pay the for shipping cost.
Warranty Period For Accessories & Filament
1 months warranty begins from the date you purchase your product.
Refunds under Warranty (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Conditions not covered by warranty:
1. Serial number is not provided
2. The whole machine and components exceed the warranty period
3. Equipment failure or damage caused by unauthorized modification of the equipment (private modification includes:
a) modification of the nozzle assembly;
b) modification of the machine structure;
c) use of third-party components
d) use of third-party firmware procedures or change the original Factory firmware program, etc.
4. Equipment failure or damage due to incorrect installation and use
5. Equipment failure or damage caused by use in a non-recommended working environment specified by in user manual (Unstable, dusty, moisture);
6. Equipment failure or damage due to improper use (beyond workload, etc.) or maintenance;
7. Equipment failure or damage due to the use of other branded components or other inferior consumables.

9.Giveaway prizes or Free product promotion cannot be refunded or replaced for non-quality issues, and we do not provide warranty for free product.
1. Within fifteen 30 calendar days of receiving the product if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit, provided always that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to JG Maker.
2. Machine is complete including all parts, tools, original box, and foam padding;
