    How to get service

    If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may  contacting us via email: returns@paradigm3dprinters.com to be connected to an after-sales technical service engineer.

     

    Returns & Exchanges

     

    Our policy allows for returns within 30 days after the date of delivery. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

     

    For "No-Reason" returns the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

     

    For Returns due to defect, incorrect items or damage on arrival, the customer is not required to bear the shipping cost. The Manufacturer bears the shipping cost

     

    Note: Regarding the returned printer, we do not undertake the shipping costs if it's not the printer itself problem, and if the return to China is required, we also do not undertake the tax that may occur.
