    • Automatic operation: With just one press, the LOKLiK Auto Tumbler Heat Press automatically adjusts and applies the perfect pressure based on the diameter of your tumbler, mug, or cup, eliminating the need for manual or repetitive pressing. Achieve vibrant results effortlessly.
    • Wide range of applications: Thanks to its extended and larger heat plate, this press is compatible with a variety of items, including mugs, tumblers, glass tumblers, cups, water bottles, etc. It is suitable for cylindrical ceramic, stainless steel or glass objects with diameters ranging from 7.5 to 8.5 cm (3 to 3.3 inches) and a maximum length of 21 cm (8.2 inches).We recommend pairing this product with LOKLiK mugs for optimal performance.     Cancellation and Return Policy
     If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at  returns@paradigm3dprinters.com before initiating a return.

    Cancellation procedure
    All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    Do you want to cancel the order after it has been shipped to you? Then you must refuse the package upon delivery. If we have already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return shipment. We will deduct the shipping costs incurred (only if you refuse the order at the door and have the delivery person take it back unopened). If opened, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

    Return policy:
    We recognize that a product may not always meet your expectations. Therefore, LOKLIK offers a 7-day return policy on all products. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at returns@paradigm3dprinters.com within the first 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will submit your request to the manufacturer for review and provide instructions for the return process.

    For products returned within 14 days but outside the initial 7-day period, and found non-defective upon inspection, a 30% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

    All LOKLIK product returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

    In the case of obvious shipping damage upon delivery, contact us immediately at returns@paradigm3dprinters.com, including photos of the damaged items and the packaging.

    Return policy for manufacturer defects:
    If a product exhibits severe manufacturing faults, it can be returned with prior approval within thirty (30) days for a refund of the original purchase price, subject to inspection. Return Policy for Products With Manufacturer Defects does not apply if the item shows signs of misuse/abuse or lack of proper maintenance.

    To return a product, email us returns@paradigm3dprinters.com. Manufacturer must review and approve return. Unapproved returns will not be refunded due to freight costs. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Paradigm3D and LokLik is not liable for additional expenses, such as moving costs, associated with product shipment or return.

    Return steps that need to be followed in this order:
    1. Send an email to returns@paradigm3dprinters.com, this email should include:

    • Order number 
    • Specify the items that you want to return by name.
    • Mention if the original packaging and accessories are available.
    • To improve our products, please include the reason for the return (optional).

    2. Our support will provide the following steps that are needed to complete the return.

    3. Once received the items, these will be checked by our support to see if this includes all the original packaging, accessories and the machine is unused.

    4. Our support will update you regarding your refund through email.

    5. Your refund will back into your account within the maximum of 14 days.

    PARADIGM 3D PRINTERS reserves the right to modify or update our return policy without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for changes and updates.
