The X-PLUS 3D Printer from Qidi Tech comes with two different types of extruder assembly. That can print PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG as well as Nylon, Carbon Fiber and PC.

• extruder A has already been installed on the printer. The max printing temperature is 250℃, and works well with PLA, ABS, TPU. 
• extruder B, included in the box. The maximum printing temperature is 300℃, and can print Nylon, Carbon Fiber, and PC.

Returns Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, all returns must be within 30 days from the date the goods are delivered to the designated delivery address.

We will bear the shipping cost for the returned goods due to logistics damage, product problems, or sending the wrong goods. Otherwise, the buyer will bear the shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return the goods, please contact us via email at returns@paradigm3dprinters.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When returning the goods, please put the goods in the original packaging safely, including all parts. After we receive your goods, we will process your refund within three working days.
