Returns Policy:
Matter & Form products are are eligible for return within 30 days so as long as products are complete, retain the original packaging and there is no damage. Unopened returns subject to a 5% restocking fee, Open returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the condition the kit returned is complete. Proof of purchase receipt is required to complete your return. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Replacements/ Exchanges are issued only under warranty for defect/damage on arrival and are subject to pre-approval. DOA[damage on arrival] products must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
