who makes this machine ? is there any help in the operation this machine ? is there a program ( vectric or VCarve )?proved? Note I have a Fox Alien that I have and it has never work.
xTool is the manufacturer of this machine, they do offer support in operation as well as a facebook group. The program these machines use is a proprietary software called xTool Creative Space and it's very user friendly.
