Bundle seemed to have enough material. Problem with removing bottom plate could screws could not be removed. M1 needs to have larger stronger plate screws

Overall a very good design, the one fault is the wheels (rollers) on the Y axis have flat spots about halfway through the axis travel thus giving an interrupted smooth travel

Works great and has a lot of capabilities!

The laser works great I just haven't had a chance to use the ra 2 pro yet so I am not sure how it will work with the two combined together although the package was neatly packaged and well setup to use right away.

Out of all the laser outfits I have the xtool d1 is so far the best on I have own. This was best investment I made.

Artillery3D Hornet FDM 3D Printer

I purchased this printer to not become an FDM hobbyist rather to support other interests from a parts creation standpoint. My opinion is that a 3dprinter should be like a lathe or other manufacturing tool (additive or subtractive). Obviously you need to learn how to use it but you don't need to make it the focus of your endeavors. To that end it has 100% met my needs and I am currently reliably & successfully printing parts for my other projects (largely in PETG-CF). The folks at Qidi are the most responsive customer support department that I have encountered and Paradigm3d were great to purchase from (they even caught that I accidentally overpaid and refunded the difference!). I highly recommend both Qidi and Paradigm3d.

Received my xtool laser engraver from them... UPS had damaged the product...all was good except the rotary tool was dented...they right away sent me a new rotary....again great support and great to deal with...

I have not used it extensively yet but the unit does great out of the box with minimal setup or knowledge of 3d printers. Look forward to printing great things in the future.

This is probably an Ortur issue and not a Paradigm issue. The kit was missing one of the tightening bolts for the z axis and the bracket on the back of the laser itself was poorly threaded if at all so it is nearly impossible to focus right now. As far as dealing with Paradigm I have no issues. Just disappointed in the end product.

Quite happy with the laser keeping in mind it is diode laser and does not have the power capabilities of a $6000 plus professional setup. The Ortur is made well, was easy to assemble once i found better viewable instructions online. You need a magnifying glass for the instructions that come with the devise. There's lots of space for project materials having almost 16 inches of workspace. The only thing that is somewhat lacking is the focus system. Since the laser is focused by moving the laser and not adjusting a lens. The track and thumbscrew method is very cumbersome and seems to wear at the track after little use. I purchased the Ortur focus accessory that looks to be a much better way to go. Maybe future models will come with this device.

One thing that the user must be aware of is that since this laser system is an open to the room device and not in an enclosure like the way more expensive engravers. Proper ventilation is necessary. I have mine next to an open window with a fan sucking the smoke out of the room. Weather just got cold so that's not an option for now. There are cases available for several hundred dollars and if your handy and build a case to ventilate smoke out a window.
As for material to cut and engrave, I've tried cheap underpayment plywood and it works good for engraving but not so well for cutting. Card stock and cardboard worked well for cutting. it's cheap to free and cuts fast to thinker with before using the more expensive materials. I found 3mm MDF works great for both cutting and engraving. Finished projects look great.
In my opinion if you plan to run a business with a laser this is not for you but for a crafty user or a tinkerer this is a great laser at this price point.

The ortur did not come with instructions

Many YouTube comments were related to the poor instruction manual... and I agree! A few parts were not included in the assembly manual (i.e., Angle Fasteners x 4). I assume they are used to attach my machine to a solid base.

I hope the Focal Gauge Board is better than the metallic cylindrical Focal Gauge illustrated in the manual (#15).

If a part could be assembled wrong, I did it. My "go-to" was one of the several YouTube assembly tutorial videos. All my questions and problems were solved.

I'm still giving a five star rating based on the machine's appearance and the comments other owners provided. I hope to start my laser today.

Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro S2 Laser Cutter/Engraver + Y-Axis Rotary Roller 2.0

Saw alot of good hype about this engraver, decided to go ahead and buy it. Customer service from Paradigm3dprinters was amazing and they made sure I got it as fast as possible. Current world affairs did cause a shipping delay. Got it assembled and engraving without much hassle. Already have sold product within 12 hours of it arriving. I even ended up getting the newest laser module available, the SF! Thanks Paradigm3DPrinters!
